Refund and Returns Policy

At NainiNow, we take great care in processing your orders and delivering quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
As a small, community-driven initiative, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is:

Damaged in transit

Defective
-
Incorrect (wrong product sent)
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

You must provide photo evidence of the issue
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

You made a UPI payment, but your order was cancelled due to stock unavailability

You received a damaged or incorrect product, and we are unable to replace it
Once approved, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer within 7 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed using UPI must be paid within 30 minutes. If we do not receive your payment in this time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you’ve already made the payment and wish to cancel the order for any reason, please contact us within 1 hour of payment. Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
