What kind of products do you sell on the NainiNow Store?
We offer unique merchandise inspired by Nainital—like badges, magnets, and limited-edition collectibles. All items are designed locally and produced in small batches.
How do I place an order?

Visit our Store, choose the items you like, and follow the simple checkout process. You’ll receive payment instructions to complete your order via UPI.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via UPI. Details are shared during checkout or via order confirmation.
Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we ship across India. Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned before you confirm your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
  • In-stock items are usually shipped within 2–4 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days.

  • Print-on-demand items (like certain apparel) require 5–7 working days for production, followed by 5–7 days for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or return an order?
We currently don’t offer returns or cancellations once an order is placed, especially for print-on-demand items. But if you face an issue, please get in touch and we’ll try to help.
