Join us every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM for LightWalk, a weekly guided photowalk through the scenic landscapes, bustling streets, and hidden corners of our beloved town.

Join LightWalk, a guided Sunday photowalk led by Utpal Pande,  faculty at top design schools and a Fujifilm India workshop leader.

Gain hands-on tips in street, portrait, and landscape photography all while exploring the town’s visual stories with a creative community.

The participation fee supports our citizen portal.

🌄 A new route every week: Explore a different part of Nainital — from quiet trails to vibrant marketplaces.
🎯 A weekly photographic theme: Focus your lens on unique challenges and creative prompts to sharpen your skills.
📸 Learn photography essentials: Fundamentals of composition, light, framing, and storytelling in every walk.
🌆 Explore diverse styles: Landscape, Street, Architecture, Environmental Portraits, and more.
🤝 Post-walk group review: Engage in a casual, constructive discussion and critique session with fellow participants — share, reflect, and learn from each other.
🌟 Guest photographers: Occasionally join to offer new perspectives and inspiration.

You can participate using any camera — DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone. What matters is how you see, not what you shoot with.

🕗 Start Time: Sundays at 9:00 AM
🧭 Walk Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour
💬 Group Discussion & Feedback: Approximately 1 hour after the walk
👥 Group Size: Max 20 participants per session
💰 Participation Fee: ₹500

🧒 Open to all ages (under 18s require a permission note from parents)
🚶 Mobility required: Walks involve moderate physical movement
🌧️ Weather policy: In case of rain or severe weather, the walk will be rescheduled
